When exporting a PDF, choose:
- High Quality Print or Press Quality
- Do not downsample below 300 DPI
- Include bleed (if your software supports it)
- Embed fonts or outline fonts

Canva
- Download → PDF Print
- Turn on “Crop marks and bleed” (if available)
Adobe Illustrator
- Save As → PDF
- Preset: Press Quality
- Marks & Bleeds: enable bleed
Adobe InDesign
- Export → Adobe PDF (Print)
- Use Press Quality and include bleed
