We accept several file formats, but some are better for print quality and faster processing.

Accepted File Formats

For best print quality, we recommend submitting:

  • Print-ready PDF (preferred)
  • Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
  • EPS files
  • High-resolution JPG or PNG (300 DPI minimum)

Print Requirements

To avoid delays or quality issues, ensure your files:

  • Are set to CMYK color mode
  • Include 0.125″ bleed on all sides (if required)
  • Have fonts outlined or embedded
  • Maintain at least 300 DPI resolution

Large Format Printing (Banners & Backdrops)

For large prints:

  • Files may be scaled proportionally
  • Minimum 150 DPI at full size
  • Convert all text to outlines

Not recommended (can cause issues)

  • Low-resolution images pulled from Google
  • Screenshots
  • Files exported for web (small size / RGB / compressed)
