What paper stock and coating are the 14pt UV cards?

What is the minimum order quantity for these business cards?

The minimum order is 100 cards. You can order in higher quantities (250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, and 5,000+) at progressively lower per-card pricing shown in the Quantity Discounts on the product page.

What size are these business cards?

The standard size is 3.5″ x 2″ (standard North American business card). Additional sizes are available as options on the product page: 3.5″ x 2.5″, 2″ x 2″ (square), 3.5″ x 1.75″ (slim), and 3.5″ x 3.5″ (large square). Some sizes may carry an additional charge.

Can I print on both sides of the card?

Yes. Choose Single-Sided (4/0) at no extra cost, or Double-Sided (4/4) full-colour printing for an additional charge, selectable under the Sides option.

Do you offer rounded corners?

Yes. Rounded corners (1/4″ radius) are available as an optional finishing choice under the Shape option for an additional charge.

What turnaround times are available for business cards?

Standard production is 5-7 days at no extra charge. Faster options are available for an additional charge: Rush (2-3 days), Next Business Day, and Same-Day, selectable under Turnaround Time.

Are these cards printed in full colour?

Yes. They are printed in full-colour CMYK from our Calgary print shop, available 1-sided (4/0) or 2-sided (4/4).

Are refunds or returns accepted?

All products offered by CraftInk are custom-made. As a result, all sales are final, and returns or refunds are not accepted.

What file formats do you accept?

We only accept PDF files for printing to ensure accuracy and consistent print quality.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If production has not started, changes may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.
