Sequentially numbered tickets printed with variable data, ideal for concerts, raffles, fundraisers, and events. Printed on durable 14pt gloss C2S stock with unique numbering on each ticket for easy tracking and security. Full-colour CMYK printing from our Calgary print shop.

What paper stocks and finishes are available?

Options vary by product — from lighter text weights up to premium gloss, matte/silk, UV, and AQ-coated stocks. The exact stock and finish choices are listed on each product page, and everything is printed full-colour CMYK from our Calgary shop.

Can I order a custom size?

Standard sizes are shown on each product page, and many products offer several size options. If you need a size that isn’t listed, request a custom quote and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you print single- and double-sided?

Yes — choose single-sided (4/0) or full-colour double-sided (4/4) wherever the option is offered on the product page.

What are the turnaround times?

Standard production is 5–7 business days, with Rush (2–3 days), Next Business Day, and Same-Day options available on the product page.

Are refunds or returns accepted?

All products offered by CraftInk are custom-made. As a result, all sales are final, and returns or refunds are not accepted.

What file formats do you accept?

We only accept PDF files for printing to ensure accuracy and consistent print quality.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If production has not started, changes may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the product, quantity, production schedule, and shipping method selected. Estimated timelines are provided during checkout or quoting.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. We ship nationwide using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS.
