By using this website, requesting a quote, uploading files, approving artwork, placing an order, or using any CraftInk service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. About CraftInk
CraftInk provides printing, packaging, labels, signage, promotional products, stationery, event materials, design support, and related custom services.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, feature, pricing, or website content at any time without prior notice.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by CraftInk are subject to change until the order is confirmed.
Pricing may vary based on product specifications, material selection, finishing options, file setup requirements, quantity, turnaround time, shipping destination, and custom production needs.
A quote does not guarantee job acceptance, product availability, or final delivery timing.
4. Orders and Approval
An order is considered confirmed only after CraftInk has reviewed the request and accepted it.
For custom jobs, production may begin only after all required details are completed, including file submission, specification confirmation, payment, and proof approval where applicable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, mockups, and order details carefully before approval. Once approval is given, CraftInk is not responsible for errors present in the approved proof, including spelling, grammar, layout, sizing, colour choices, finishing selections, or quantity mistakes.
5. Customer Files and Submitted Content
You are solely responsible for all files, artwork, text, logos, images, and other materials submitted to CraftInk.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
you own it or have permission to use it,
it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights,
it does not contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or offensive material,
and it is suitable for production.
CraftInk reserves the right to refuse any file or order that appears unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
6. File Preparation and Print Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files unless CraftInk has been specifically hired to assist with design or setup.
While we make every effort to produce accurate results, normal commercial printing may include slight variations in colour, trim, fold position, alignment, material texture, finishing, and print density.
CraftInk is not responsible for production issues caused by customer-supplied files, including low image resolution, incorrect dimensions, missing bleed, font issues, transparency problems, spelling errors, or improper file setup.
7. Design Services
If CraftInk provides design, layout, or artwork adjustment services, the customer must review and approve the final version before production begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
design fees are separate from printing charges,
revision limits may apply,
source or editable files remain the property of CraftInk,
and only the final approved design will be used for production or delivery.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms may vary depending on the project, service type, and customer account status.
CraftInk may require full payment in advance, a deposit before production, milestone payments for larger projects, or approved account terms for eligible business clients.
Orders may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled if payment is not received on time.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other related fees unless otherwise stated in writing.
9. Production and Turnaround Times
Production and turnaround times provided on the website, in quotes, or in communications are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Production timelines begin only after all required files, approvals, specifications, and payments have been received.
CraftInk is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, customer-requested revisions, supplier shortages, shipping carrier delays, technical issues, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery details. CraftInk is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra charges caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
For local pickup orders, customers should wait for pickup confirmation before arriving.
Risk may pass to the customer upon pickup, handoff to the carrier, or confirmed delivery, depending on the order arrangement.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because many CraftInk products are custom-made, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started.
If a cancellation request is made before production begins, CraftInk may approve it at its discretion. Charges may still apply for time spent on design, setup, administration, materials, or payment processing.
Any approved order changes may result in added costs and revised turnaround times.
12. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
Due to the custom nature of printed and personalized products, all sales are generally final unless there is a confirmed production defect or an error caused directly by CraftInk.
If there is an issue with an order, the customer must contact CraftInk within a reasonable time after pickup or delivery and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or evidence.
If a claim is accepted, CraftInk may choose, at its discretion, to:
reprint the order,
provide store credit,
issue a partial refund,
or offer another reasonable resolution.
Claims may be refused if the final product matches the approved proof or if the issue was caused by the customer’s files, instructions, or approval.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, graphics, layouts, product content, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to CraftInk and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use CraftInk intellectual property except for normal, lawful use of the website.
14. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website or use it for any unlawful purpose.
This includes, but is not limited to:
submitting false or fraudulent orders,
uploading harmful or malicious files,
interfering with site functionality or security,
scraping or copying website content without permission,
or using the site in a way that may damage CraftInk or other users.
CraftInk reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website or services if misuse is suspected.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraftInk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, services, delays, or order-related issues.
CraftInk’s total liability for any claim related to an order or service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific order or service.
16. Service Availability
We aim to keep our website, quoting tools, and related services accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy at all times.
CraftInk may correct errors, update content, or remove information at any time without notice.
17. Indemnification
